As a BIM Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across multiple projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and coordinate BIM implementation on diverse projects
  • Maintain and update project content, sourcing additional resources as needed for project teams
  • Collaborate with the BIM team and design team to resolve daily modelling and coordination challenges
  • Ensure model quality and integrity prior to generating deliverables and distributing model information
  • Utilize Navisworks to append all models and conduct clash analysis tests
  • Organize coordination meetings with the design team, focusing on clash detection, space verification, including accessibility and maintainability
