We are seeking a seasoned Metals Trading Specialist to spearhead our non-ferrous metals division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the metal scrap trading landscape, coupled with exceptional market research skills.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and forecasts.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive growth in non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, brass, lead, and high nickel.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through targeted supplier engagement and relationship building.
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms and contracts with suppliers.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure stock integrity.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning business efforts with their needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in metal scrap trading or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Sales, Business, or a related area.
  • Superior negotiation and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and a proactive work ethic.
  • Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
