Non-Ferrous Metals Trader

Responsibilities :
- Conducting regular market and product research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Driving sales of non-ferrous metals such as Copper, Aluminum, Brass, Lead, and High Nickel
- Expanding into new markets using your knowledge and network
- Sourcing reliable suppliers from individuals, factories, and corporate channels
- Negotiating prices, commercial terms, and contracts with confidence
- Performing stock inspections as needed
- Understanding stakeholder needs and aligning business efforts accordingly
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Ensuring timely contract fulfillment and deliveries
- Supporting managers and collaborating across teams
- Participating in ongoing learning and product training
- Following company SOPs and maintaining high standards
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in metal scrap trading or a similar field
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Sales, Business, or a related area
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Flexibility and a proactive work ethic
- Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools
- Willingness to travel for business, exhibitions, and client meetings
