Customer-Facing Implementation Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated customer-facing Program Manager (non-management position) to join our team in the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will successfully manage multiple, complex customer software implementation programs and projects through effective planning, scheduling, and controlling. Travel is expected, both between company offices globally, as well as to various customer locations.

This position is hybrid, requiring the selected candidate to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The hiring team may decide on changes to this arrangement in the future.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Overseeing program or multiple projects' on-time delivery, profitability, and client value.
  • Ensuring project teams are executing as planned by monitoring high-level progress and major deliveries.
  • Determining options and appropriate actions to ensure project performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience leading projects or programs.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in complex software project/program management, implementation, configuration, and delivery.
  • A minimum of 7 years working with external clients.
Benefits

This requisition is for an international, locally hired person. Benefits and pay are determined in line with Singapore labor market practices.

This is not an expat assignment, and relocation assistance is not available for this position.
