Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer-facing Implementation Program Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for successfully managing multiple complex customer software implementation programs and projects across the Asia Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have excellent external and internal communication skills, strong business acumen and relationship skills, and experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies. You will also be required to travel 20% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee program or multiple projects' on-time delivery, profitability, and client value.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative interpersonal working relationships with clients.
  • Facilitate communication of project/program health and status with project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.
  • Serve as representative and external spokesperson for the company on highly significant matters relating to contractual obligations, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading projects or programs.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex software project/program management, implementation, configuration, and delivery.
  • Minimum of 7 years working with external clients.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
