We are seeking a highly motivated professional to manage multiple complex customer software implementation programs and projects across the Asia Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will oversee program or multiple projects on-time delivery, profitability, and client value ensuring project teams execute as planned by monitoring high-level progress and major deliveries.

  • Manage multiple complex customer software implementation programs and projects.
  • Oversee program or multiple projects timely delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure project teams adhere to plans by tracking key milestones and critical deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients at executive levels.
  • Facilitate communication of project/program status with teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects or programs.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in complex software project/program management, implementation, configuration, and delivery.
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills required for partnership building with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Excellent external and internal communication skills writing and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Administration Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP Certified ScrumMaster CSM or equivalent preferred.

This is a hybrid position requiring work onsite at our office and travel between offices globally and to various customer locations.
