The ideal candidate will oversee complex software implementation programs and projects across the Asia Pacific region, utilizing effective planning, scheduling, and controlling strategies.
">This is a hybrid role requiring occasional on-site work at one of our locations.
">Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and client value for program or multiple projects.
- Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients at management and executive levels.
- Facilitating communication of project/program health and status with project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Serving as representative and external spokesperson for the company on significant matters relating to contractual obligations, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing motivation, leadership, and mentoring to project team members.
- Identifying, defining, and managing services deployment opportunities.
- Driving efficiencies in customer success engagements/deployments through best practices application.
Required skills include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects or programs.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in complex software project/program management, implementation, configuration, and delivery.
- Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
