Job Role

We seek an experienced customer-facing Implementation Program Lead to manage multiple, complex software implementation projects across the Asia Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients at senior levels.
  • Foster effective communication of project health and status with teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.
  • Serve as representative for the organization on key matters relating to contractual obligations and strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience leading projects or programs.
  • Minimum 7 years in complex software project/program management, implementation, configuration, and delivery.
  • Able to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent preferred.
