A seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading complex software implementation programs is required to oversee projects across the Asia Pacific region. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and client value for program or multiple projects, developing strong relationships with clients at management and executive levels, and facilitating communication of project/program health and status with project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.

Additional responsibilities include providing motivation, leadership, and mentoring to project team members, identifying and managing services deployment opportunities, and driving efficiencies through best practices application.

Required skills include a minimum 10 years of experience leading projects or programs, a minimum 7 years of experience in complex software project/program management, strong business acumen and relationship skills, and excellent communication skills.

As a representative of the company, you will serve as an external spokesperson on significant matters relating to contractual obligations, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.

This hybrid role requires occasional on-site work at one of our locations, offering a unique opportunity to balance remote and in-office work arrangements.
