Facility Operations Specialist

Job Title: Facility Operations Specialist
">As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our facilities. Your main duties will include:
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of all work requests
- Investigating and analyzing reported breakdowns and faults to determine their causes and prevent future occurrences
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and ensuring timely completion of all work request records
- Providing support in building and development projects
Key Responsibilities:
As a Facility Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in the coordination of all maintenance, repair, and renovation projects
- Issue Resolution: Respond to schools' requests for maintenance work and investigate, check, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their causes
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure timely completion of all work request records
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Project Support: Provide support in building and development projects
Requirements:
To succeed as a Facility Operations Specialist, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in facility management, property management, or related fields
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Teamwork: The ability to work independently and as part of a team
