">Key Responsibilities">

  2. To develop, implement, and drive initiatives related to facilities maintenance and operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.">
  3. Plan and coordinate with stakeholders, including users, FM teams, and contractors, to deliver high-quality results.">
  4. Manage user expectations and facilitate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and building services.">
  5. Oversight of maintenance and upgrading of equipment and building services, ensuring optimal functionality.">
  6. Daily routine checks on facilities management matters, including risk assessment and method statements.">
  7. Compliance with Workplace Safety and Health requirements.">
  8. Develop and implement annual budgets for building use and facility maintenance.">
  9. Lead a team of Assistant Facilities Managers to provide comprehensive facilities management services.">
  10. Coordinate site visits and maintenance services, collaborating with project managers and teams to deliver Infrastructure Improvement Works.">
  11. Generate reports on respective sites and projects.">
  12. Respond to incidents and ad hoc requests from clients.">
  13. Certify and endorse term contracts.">

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.">
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.">
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health regulations.">
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices.">
