Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations, kitchen, and service crew management.
  • Work with the manager to project and manage restaurant sales and guest growth plans through studying consumer spending behavior.
  • Be a role model, leader, and proficient in managing every kind of customer request at the restaurant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in F&B service, kitchen, hospitality, and/or retail operational related management.
  • Experience in both front and back of house operations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays, and a positive can-do attitude are essential.
