Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bread Artisan Lead to oversee the production of high-quality breads and viennoiseries in our central bakery. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for baking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Lead a team of skilled bakers to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality products
  • Maintain high standards in the production of sourdough breads, tin breads, croissants, cruffins, and other baked goods
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align output with demand and meet customer expectations
  • Mentor junior bakers and foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and good communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in artisan bread and viennoiserie production
  • Deep passion for baking and a commitment to craftsmanship
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to build a positive team culture
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Humble, hardworking, and motivated to delight customers through quality products
