Job Description

As a senior bread production leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the bakery team to ensure seamless daily operations and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards in the production of sourdough breads, tin breads, croissants, cruffins, and other baked goods through rigorous quality control and process optimization.
  • Engage in Mixing, Shaping, Baking, and Lamination processes to produce a diverse range of artisanal breads and pastries.
  • Guide the production of preferments and curds with precision to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure proper packing, preparation, and presentation of finished products to exceed customer expectations.
  • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bakery and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align output with demand and drive business growth.
  • Mentor junior bakers and foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and effective communication.
