We are seeking an experienced artisan bread baker to join our team.

  • Bread and Pastry Making Expertise:

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with French and European artisan bread making methods and recipes.

  • Experience with sourdough-related knowledge and its application in bread making.
  • Responsible for mixing, kneading, resting, and stretching dough, following traditional baking processes.
  • Research and development skills, including the creation of value-added products using gourmet ingredients.
  • Support for section heads in innovating new products and improving productivity.
