Restaurant Supervisor

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

You are a leader with a passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experience. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations during assigned shifts. This includes supervising staff, ensuring high-quality food and beverages, and providing attentive service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Supervise daily briefings, assign tasks, and manage staff deployment across service areas.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure guests receive attentive service and resolve issues or complaints in real time.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Kitchen Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and timing meet expectations.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and placing orders for supplies when needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle basic administrative tasks such as cash reconciliation, shift reports, and checklists.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Multitasking: Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Restaurant Operations: Solid understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
  • Health and Safety: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and quality assurance.
  • Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
