Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Job Description
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising the overall operation and service standards of the outlet.
  • Develop a loyal following of local guests and maximize revenues.
  • Achieve financial and quality targets by working closely with the manager and forecasting sales, covers and payroll costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree/diploma in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management or minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Oral and written fluency in English and an additional language.
  • Pre-opening experience preferred.
