Your Role:

  • You will lead service operations to ensure our guests leave satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants.
  • You will identify opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with guests.
  • You will offer products based on your knowledge.
  • You will ensure outlet setup is complete before shift.
  • You will maintain guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations.
  • You will improve procedures and systems.
  • You will conduct basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to.
