Experience Hospitality LeaderRoles & Responsibilities

This role directly influences the guest experience. You will be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily and monthly operations, manage staff, oversee work schedules, assign specific duties, create and improve standard operating procedures for service and product preparation, oversee venue equipment and facilities management/maintenance, conduct regular inspections on the general cleanliness and maintenance of venues, monitor venue adherence to all licensing laws regarding the service of food and beverage, public/employee safety, and food safety.
  • Human Resource & Financial Management: Analyze POS reports and sales trends, recommend and implement cost control exercises, conceptualize staff development plans according to the needs of the business, determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new employees or oversee those personnel processes, setting direction and expectations for the team to achieve team goals, implement training strategies for the venue, fully understand and ensure procedural compliance with the Company's policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Management: Ensure high standards of service quality, maintain accurate records of financial performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff, provide coaching and training, and develop staff skills and competencies.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is well-versed in hospitality operations with minimally 2 years of Hospitality/F&B experience in a supervisory role, meticulous and well-organized, well-groomed and possesses good communication skills, passionate about service, able to maintain high standards of service quality.
