Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Human Resources Officer to join our team at Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited (Singapore Branch). The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies and practices, managing recruitment and performance management processes, and providing guidance on employee welfare and training.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing and communicating HR policies and practices across the organization;
  • Coordinating recruitment and selection processes, including identifying and promoting existing personnel to fill openings prior to external recruitment;
  • Managing performance development reviews (PDRs) and providing coaching and guidance to employees to enhance their performance;
  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee capabilities;
  • Providing guidance on employee welfare and grievance handling processes;
  • Collaborating with project teams to oversee implementation of HR policies and practices.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in human resources or a related field. They should possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent. Additionally, they should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
