Programmatic Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Campaign Manager to lead our day-to-day programmatic planning, trafficking and optimisation within DV360.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing programmatic campaigns across multiple clients and verticals.

  • Leads the development of campaign strategies, including pacing, bid strategies, budgets, frequency and creative rotations.
  • Owns the management of relationships with publishers, platforms and data partners, negotiating inventory and securing value adds.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across creative, data and e-commerce to drive campaign performance and delivery.
  • Maintains clean naming conventions, documentation and QA processes across all markets.
  • Monitors performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalates risks early to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

Strong agency experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple clients and verticals.

Expert hands-on skills in DV360, including automated bidding, audience solutions and inventory curation.

Comfortable working with data, diagnosing tracking issues and reconciling platform discrepancies.

Proven track record delivering against CPA and ROAS targets at scale across APAC markets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.

Highly organised and comfortable operating across multiple time zones and deadlines.

Fluent English is required, with additional APAC languages a plus.
