
Programmatic Director, APAC

We're working with a fast-growing, award-winning digital agency, home to thousands of passionate digital marketers worldwide, working with some of the world's most respected brands across multiple sectors on a global scale. As they embark on their next chapter of growth, they're seeking a builder to accelerate and enhance their programmatic capabilities and lead regional programmatic expertise across the APAC region. The ideal candidate is a builder, hungry, energized, and ready to innovate. They will define the programmatic strategy, engage with existing clients, and cultivate new client relationships while overseeing campaign activation. Working alongside an enthusiastic activation team that operates across a wide range of channels.
The Role- Define and continuously enhance programmatic offerings, ensuring solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Champion the highest standards of quality in programmatic execution, ensuring market-leading performance in delivery, optimization, and reporting.
- Upskill and develop programmatic specialists while promoting consistency across markets, allowing for local adaptations where needed.
- Drive initiatives to capture and leverage emerging trends and technologies in programmatic. Collaborate with global leadership on product definition and partnerships to shape innovative solutions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with publishers and core partners to facilitate mutual growth, working closely with the APAC Head of Investment.
- Lead the team responsible for managing platform processes and configurations, providing direction to enhance operational support.
- Work alongside senior leaders to integrate programmatic approaches into broader agency offerings, collaborating on pitches and projects to expand regional services and elevate market presence.
- Passion for disrupting the status quo and a results-oriented approach to outperforming competitors in dynamic markets.
- Proven track record in agency environments, with extensive experience managing and scaling high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and consumer behaviors across APAC, backed by hands-on experience serving regional clients.
- Mastery of omni-channel media strategies, with specialized expertise in programmatic buying, display advertising, and industry innovation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and fostering collaboration across clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical acumen, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights and driving measurable improvements.
