As we embark on our next chapter of growth, we're seeking a builder to accelerate and Assembly's programmatic capabilities and lead our regional programmatic expertise to established networks.

You will define our programmatic strategy, engage with existing clients, and cultivate new client relationships while overseeing campaign activation. You will work alongside an enthusiastic activation team that operates across a wide range of channels.

This position reports to our Head of Biddable.

What You'll be doing on any given day

  • Lead Programmatic Strategy and Execution – Define and continuously enhance Assembly's programmatic offerings, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Establish Delivery Excellence – Champion the highest standards of quality in programmatic execution. Ensure market- leading execution on all elements of delivery, optimization and reporting
  • Build and Foster Community – Upskill and develop our programmatic specialists while promoting consistency across markets, allowing for local adaptations where needed.
  • Innovation and Thought Leadership – Drive internal and external initiatives that to capture and leverage on emerging trends and technologies in programmatic. Identify opportunities and shape innovative programmatic solutions and new product offerings
  • Cultivate Meaningful Partnerships – Build and strengthen relationships with publishers and vendors to facilitate mutual growth, collaborating closely with the APAC Head of Investment.
  • Optimize Activation Operations – Lead the team responsible for managing platform processes and configurations. Provide direction and solutions to enhance operational support.
  • Client Growth – Work alongside other senior leaders to ensure our programmatic approach is seamlessly integrated into our comprehensive agency offerings; Collaborate in pitches and projects to expand regional programmatic services and elevating our market presence.

  • Challenger Mindset: A strong appetite for building a challenger agency and a proactive approach to winning in competitive markets.
  • Agency Experience: Significant agency-side experience is required, with substantial time spent leading large-scale teams and departments.
  • Regional Expertise: A deep understanding of digital marketing nuances across APAC, with experience managing clients across the region.
  • A True Programmatic Leader: Substantial knowledge of omni-channel media; Strong background in Programmatic & Display and actively engaged in the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Superb relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently interface with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
