As Programmatic Partnership’s Manager, you will be in a high visibility role that is responsible for maximizing Rakuten’s O&O programmatic revenue through programmatic partnerships and demand optimization in India and the wider APAC region. You will play a key part in creating, maintaining, and sustaining strategic partnership relationships with DSPs, SSPs, networks, exchanges, etc. You will empower partners and their advertisers to work with Rakuten by educating and consulting them on how to leverage our audiences, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes. You will drive strategy and product innovation by collecting detailed market feedback and working closely with various internal teams.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for programmatic revenue growth in in India and APAC across Rakuten O&O supply
- Manage and grow programmatic partners to drive higher demand in region
- Provide day-to-day partner support, including but not limited to evaluating new channel or integration upgrades, exploring business opportunities, QBRs. etc
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities and drive programmatic business development
- Oversee contract negotiations and integrations for new partners
- Focus on growth of key programmatic metrics across O&O supply
- maximize fill rate and eCPM
- Establish, activate & optimize curated, always-on and PMP deals with partners and buyers
- Work with internal Rakuten yield teams and SSP partners to maximize yield from PMPs, PG and other sources.
- Report on revenue growth in region monthly
- Work with Ad ops and product marketing to help define features and drive enhancements on the O&O supply and Rakuten platforms.
- Act as liaison between named programmatic partners and key internal stakeholders (legal, marketing, product, finance, etc).
- Articulate and differentiate Rakuten’s programmatic offering in the marketplace
- Be the programmatic expert and evangelist in region, acting as a leader, coach, and advocate of programmatic and being the go-to person for industry trends and insights

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred (in business, mathematics or computer science being a plus)
- Minimum of three years in the online advertising industry (i.e ad serving, programmatic) and with 7+ years in digital sales management/ account management
- Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and programmatic trends
- You hold strong relationships across the digital and programmatic community in India and wider APAC region, and are able to raise the profile of Rakuten Advertising amongst key programmatic teams
