Job Title: Client Support Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the client service process from quote to delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of client service, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems as needed.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer concerns through effective listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members for further assistance.


Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
