
Client Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to fill the Programme Executive position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and demonstrate strong organisational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan centre activities and events with consideration for client needs and preferences.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through active engagement and support.
- Prepare and distribute food ration packages to individuals in need, ensuring timely delivery and effective logistics management.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and facilitate referrals to relevant agencies and services as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for clients and centre activities, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the centre, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients and staff.
- Provide additional support to the centre manager as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Friendly and approachable personality, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, building strong relationships and promoting a positive team culture.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working with elderly populations or in customer service roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support and care.
- Familiarity with community outreach and social services, with a deep understanding of local resources and referral pathways.
