Job Title: Client Support and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Client Support and Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, streamlining operational processes, and providing administrative support.

About the Role
  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will analyze data on client experiences to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to our operations.
  • You will develop and maintain documentation to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • You will collaborate with other teams to provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and messaging apps.
  2. Analyze data on client experiences and recommend technical and operational improvements.
  3. Develop and maintain documentation, such as onboarding guides and FAQs.
  4. Provide administrative support to other teams as needed.
