As a Client Operations Coordinator in the Client Operations Group, your main responsibility will be the day-to-day execution of client tasks. Utilizing your operational skills and knowledge, you will work towards meeting the business objectives and requirements of clients and project initiatives. It is essential for you to possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, collaborate effectively, communicate ideas clearly, navigate change smoothly, and identify opportunities for growth.You will support the COG Operations Specialist and/or Manager in discussions with the Managed Services leadership team when needed. Ensuring accurate and timely dashboard reporting for your clients, as well as identifying risks and managing communication and feedback channels, are crucial aspects of your role.Your primary responsibilities will include executing daily tasks in alignment with client objectives, updating project documentation regularly, collaborating with COG Specialists and Managers to maintain project structure and goals, facilitating client and Full-Time Employee onboarding, and maintaining reporting tools per client specifications. You will also participate in forecasting, invoicing, and revenue estimation for Managed Services engagements, contribute to COG business development initiatives, and help identify opportunities for operational support expansion based on client AML program understanding.Additionally, you will be involved in internal strategic initiatives across the COG, focusing on standardizing project management tasks and operating procedures. As for qualifications, a Bachelor's Degree is required, along with proficiency in project management to handle scope, budget, and timelines effectively. You should be able to identify and resolve potential risks promptly while meeting business objectives.Preferred qualifications include subject matter knowledge in fraud, sanctions, and AML regulations, as well as technical proficiency in software tools like MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Domo, Tableau, and MS BI. A strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent collaboration skills, adaptability to change, and the ability to identify opportunities are highly valued in this role.,
