We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality industrial development projects from design to completion.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Project Architect to take on a challenging and rewarding role. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate and manage projects.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with building regulations and maintain accurate records of progress.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Registration with the Board of Architects Singapore.
- A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in industrial development projects.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
