The key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Developing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Liaising with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, government authorities, and suppliers to secure necessary resources and approvals.
- Traveling to project sites to ensure construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
The successful Project Director will possess:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
