Industrial Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Project Architect to lead our architectural practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conceptual design, project management, and contract management.

  • You will be responsible for preparing presentations to clients, tender packages, and authority submissions.
  • You will chair weekly client-consultant meetings and progress meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and coordinate site activities with contractors.
  • You will manage contracts during construction, issuing interim certificates, architectural instructions, and responding to requests for information.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A professional degree in architecture or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural practice is necessary.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are required.
