**Mission**:
The World Businessline (WBL) Industrial Merchant (IM) Integrated Bulk Operations (IBO) Project Manager at global level needs to understand bulk operations in different countries in order to deploy the group program globally. He/She optimizes trips and sourcing for each country to collect data enabling predictive analysis and providing an adequate environment for artificial intelligence deployment. He/She drives the deployment of fleet connection through IOT in order to digitalise transactions capability and provide eServices to customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Support Cluster Projects governance**
- Assist business in preparation of governance documents for approval of strategy and/or capital to fund the project
- Assist business in preparation of governance documents for digital & IT gates
- Support Clusters Project Management Office (PMO) on Project Management tools

**Digital Projects - Global Solution Ownership**
- Drive effective collaboration between business and digital & IT key stakeholders on specific projects
- Arbitrate business priorities in the digital solutions development (agile mode) from POC, MVP to Scale up product deployment.
- Participate in local project meetings as a representative of the WBL
- Identify risks and prepare mitigation plans with key stakeholders until complete rollout.

**IBO dashboard ownership**
- Coordinate quarterly reporting process and accuracy with Clusters IBO PMOs
- Prepare IBO program status and review alignment with IBO roadmap
- Coordinate quarterly reviews with each cluster
- Coordinate with BI team to maintain the dashboard

**Competencies and Profile**:

- Bachelor in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Possess 10 years’ solid experience in the bulk gas supply Chain, bulk operations and project management.
- People network and legitimacy to lead within the Group will be an advantageous
- Proactive and leadership skills with an appetite to learn and progress
- Analytical skills to identify challenges with a capacity to produce synthetic insights
- Knowledge or desire to progress in digital and data domains
- Excellent interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
