Industrial Development Project Manager

As a seasoned Architectural Project Management professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Company's goal to be the consultancy firm of choice for industrial development projects.


Your key responsibilities will include overseeing projects from design to completion stage, project and contract management, including handling of project tenders. This will involve coordinating with Consultants on design, technical and code compliance matters.


You will work closely with the Project Team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of concept, prefinal, final submission up to construction documents & drawings. Additionally, you will maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of the Project Team.


Another critical aspect of this role is directing the Technical Team on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations. You will also assist in coordination works, provide leadership and co-ordinate the input/output of all involved parties to meet established objectives.



Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess a Registrable Degree with Board of Architects Singapore. A minimum of 4-8 years relevant working experience is required.


You should have the ability to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and related facilities. Strong project management, communication and co-ordination skills are essential, along with great conceptualization and presentation skills.


It is also necessary to be able to liaise with clients, other consultants, and be knowledgeable in authorities, project execution, coordination, and on-site construction supervision. Inspecting on site during construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all design documents is another important responsibility.


Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint will be an added advantage. Self-motivation, performance driven, and the ability to work independently are also essential qualities.


Identifying and proactively solving detailing or coordination issues which may occur is another key aspect of this role. Being a Qualified Person registered with BOA who can sign will have an added advantage.
