Senior Industrial Building Project Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Industrial Building Project Architect to spearhead our industrial development projects. This is a pivotal role within our architectural project management team, where you will play a key part in driving us towards becoming the consultancy firm of choice.

The scope of this position involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, handling project and contract administration including tendering processes. You will be responsible for coordinating with consultants on design, technical, and code compliance matters. Additionally, you will lead the technical team on adherence to planning and building regulations, assist in coordinating site activities, provide direction, and ensure seamless communication among all parties involved.

You will also conduct regular site inspections during construction to guarantee safety, quality, and compliance with all design documents. The ideal candidate will possess a registrable degree from the Board of Architects Singapore, minimum 4-8 years relevant working experience, and exceptional project management, communication, and coordination skills. You should also have good conceptualization, presentation, and liaison skills, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Self-motivation, performance-driven mindset, and ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.
