APAC Senior Sales Executive

As a Senior Sales Specialist at Zendesk, you will work in close collaboration with a dedicated team of Account Executives and Solution Engineers to promote the integration of Quality Assurance within customer support and experience teams. A strong affinity for rapidly advancing technologies, particularly in AI, is essential, alongside a demonstrated history of achieving sales objectives consistently.
Sales Performance:
- Assume complete responsibility for sales targets and actively pursue strategies to meet and surpass them.
- Engage with sales and product teams to create and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and achieving challenging sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, gaining insights into their business challenges and employing a value-based selling approach to align QA solutions with their objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on how our QA solutions can specifically meet client needs and collaborating to develop tailored roadmaps that align with their strategies.
Value-Based Selling Approach:
- Value selling is fundamental to your approach, allowing you to merge established sales methodologies with your unique style.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate value selling best practices throughout our operations.
QA Development and Feedback Mechanism:
- Collaborate with the product development team to tailor our QA solutions to fulfill client specifications.
- Provide critical feedback from client interactions to guide ongoing product improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales role with a focus on Customer Support or Customer Experience solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center sales, or related fields in customer experience.
- Results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer support or customer experience technologies and their application to enhance experiences in contact centers.
- Strong interest in the development of Artificial Intelligence and its relevance in the customer experience sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.

This role primarily supports remote work while being part of a dynamic and supportive team. We provide the necessary digital tools and experiences to maintain connectivity, even when working apart. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility, enabling you to collaborate in person at various Zendesk locations or through flexible office arrangements when needed.
