Exclusive Mandate

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced APAC General Counsel to join a high-growth digital infrastructure MNC. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the US-based Chief Legal Officer. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing legal team across the APAC region, overseeing a broad range of legal matters, and contributing to the company's continued growth and success in the region.

1. Lead and manage the APAC legal team, providing strategic legal advice and guidance across various business functions.
2. Oversee legal aspects of project development, project finance, construction/EPC, and real estate transactions.
3. Advise on corporate transactional matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies across the APAC region.
5. Negotiate and review complex commercial agreements and contracts.
6. Serve as a key legal partner to senior management and stakeholders, providing proactive, business-oriented solutions.
7. Manage disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters in the region as needed.
8. Collaborate closely with the global legal team and other business units to support cross-regional projects and initiatives.

1. Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 12 years PQE, preferably with a mix of in-house and law firm experience.
2. Proven experience in project development, project finance, construction/EPC, real estate, and corporate transactional matters.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience in the digital infrastructure sector or related industries is highly regarded.
7. Strong knowledge of APAC legal and regulatory frameworks.
