We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at Howden Insurance Brokers (S.) Pte. Limited. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing exceptional customer service and support to retain clients and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand client's specific needs and objectives.
  • Analyze the existing employee benefits programs and identify areas for improvement on renewal.
  • Help clients manage and control the costs of their benefits.
  • Provide strategies for cost containment.
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure the best rates and terms for the client.
  • Conduct in-person or online sessions to brief employees on their benefits.
  • Provide on-going support to answer employee/HR questions and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Good team spirit.
  • Resilient and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to build relationship across all levels.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • A recognized degree in any discipline and/or professional insurance qualifications.
  • Good working knowledge of employee benefits products.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English (Effective bilingual in Mandarin will be bonus).
