Job Title: Bioprocessing Specialist

Are you a skilled professional with a passion for biotechnology and manufacturing? Do you have a strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bioprocessing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Cell and Gene Therapy Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing cGMP manufacturing activities, including cell culture, aseptic processing, viral transduction, and harvest operations.

**Responsibilities:**
* Perform cGMP manufacturing activities, including cell culture, aseptic processing, viral transduction, and harvest operations
* Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as incubators, centrifuges, biosafety cabinets, and bioreactors
* Execute batch records, SOPs, and work instructions accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Monitor critical process parameters and perform in-process sampling and testing
* Maintain cleanroom standards by performing routine cleaning and adhering to strict gowning requirements
* Perform inventory management for raw materials and equipment consumables
* Participate in deviation investigations, change control activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support equipment maintenance and calibration activities

**Requirements:**
* Degree or diploma in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
* Relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred; fresh graduates passionate about CGT are also encouraged to apply
* Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
* Knowledge of Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, or Biologics manufacturing is an advantage
* Ability to work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule
* Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills
* High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and quality
