Human Resources Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process by job posting on various platforms, sourcing potential candidates, and screening resumes and applications.

  • Job Postings:
    • Assist in creating and publishing job postings on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards.
  • Sourcing Candidates:
    • Proactively search for qualified candidates through online channels, including LinkedIn.
  • Resume Screening:
    • Evaluate resumes and applications based on job descriptions and requirements.
  • Screening Calls:
    • Conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates in Southeast Asia region.
  • Candidate Database:
    • Maintain a regional candidate database for key roles.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Interest in recruitment and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
