Job Title: 4 - 6 Months Temp HR Executive Assistant

We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Temporary HR Executive Assistant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development, and implementation of policies, plans, processes, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and Team Lead
  • Work with various stakeholders to support onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Administer and execute HR functions and processes related to onboarding and offboarding
  • Support and improve the on-site experience for new hires and leavers through onboarding and offboarding stages
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with policies and comply with relevant legislation requirements
  • Deliver HR activities that meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
  • Minimum 0-2 years' experience in HR or administration
