**Responsibilities**

The Human Resource Management Unit partners our line divisions on the delivery of various HR strategies/ initiatives and policies to achieve our organisational goals. We are also internal consultants to management and employees on HR related matters.

As a HR Temp Assistant, you will be involved mainly in providing administrative and logístical support in the areas of recruitment for the HR Management team. You will also assist the HR Learning & Development team in duties including but not limited to: tracking of travel expenses and updating training and travel records.

You may also be tasked with supporting some of the HR events, such as sourcing for quotes, designing EDMs and providing logístical support.
- **Requirements**
- A’Levels / Diploma holder and above
- Relevant working experience in HR related functions is preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook;
- Meticulous, and able to work independently and efficiently; and
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Working Hours (to be discussed further)**

Mon to Thurs: 8.30 am to 6pm

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location: Near Outram Park MRT

**Salary**: Diploma $11/hr (less than 3 years of experience), $12.50/hr (more than 3 years of experience); Degree $15 (less than 3 years of experience), $18/hr (more than 3 years of experience)

Contract Period: 1 year
