**Job Description**:

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, such as handling new hires onboarding and cooordinating exit formalities
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Manage and coordinate a reliable pool of casuals and part-time staff in alignment with operational demands and business needs
- Support the preparation and coordination of ER initiatives and events
- Any other duties as assigned.
