About the Role

ByteBridge Technology PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in South East Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development

Develop and implement sales growth strategies to achieve annual sales targets and expand our customer base in South East Asia.

  • Account Management

Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, including producing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Lead Generation

Develop and execute initiatives to generate leads and optimize conversion rates, in collaboration with our marketing team.

  • Customer Engagement

Regularly engage with focus partners to optimize lead generation opportunities and accreditation.

  • Team Collaboration

Collaborate with our operations, sales engineering, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience and timely payments.

Requirements
  • Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.

  • Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

  • Sales Performance

Meet or exceed sales targets, contribute to the sales team's achievement of annual sales revenue targets, and deliver timely and satisfactory customer experiences.

  • Customer Retention

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Engage with partners to optimize lead generation opportunities and accreditation, and contribute to the growth of our partner community.

Collaborate with local, regional, and global colleagues to achieve sales and business objectives.
