We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Strategic Growth Director. This role will involve developing meaningful relationships with individuals and guiding them through a supportive decision-making process. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, building genuine connections, and introducing solutions that match their goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as client success, relationship management, or consultative sales. They will possess strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to lead clear and confident conversations. The successful candidate will also be comfortable working independently in a digital environment and familiar with tools like Zoom, CRMs, and online scheduling platforms.

This is a commission-only position, designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to lead outcomes through consistent engagement and service. The successful candidate will participate in regular training and development sessions to continue expanding their skill set and engage in outreach ad campaigns through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build genuine connections with prospective clients through thoughtful, needs-based conversations
  • Help individuals gain clarity on their goals and introduce solutions that match their direction
  • Support the onboarding process and ensure an engaging, professional client experience
  • Manage follow-up and outreach using digital communication tools (Zoom, CRM, scheduling systems)
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and client feedback
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to continue expanding your skill set
  • Engage in outreach ad campaigns through online platforms (full training provided)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as client success, relationship management, or consultative sales
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to lead clear and confident conversations
  • Comfort working independently in a digital environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, CRMs, and online scheduling platforms
  • Curiosity, consistency, and a proactive mindset
  • Genuine interest in leadership, learning, and helping others achieve meaningful growth
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads) is an asset, but not required
