Strategic Director of Capital Markets

This is a pivotal role in driving strategic investments and capital market growth, combining expertise in investor relations, public relations synergy, AI+Healthcare M&As, IP strategy, and cash flow management.

  • Develop and execute capital markets strategies that enhance investor value and public perception.
  • Leverage strategic partnerships to secure regional healthcare licenses and build ecosystem networks.
  • Pilot innovative capital instruments, designing Real World Asset tokenization pathways and structured financing solutions.
  • Architect healthcare sub-brand ecosystems, defining core brand values and visual identity systems.
  • Deploy IP strategy, building cross-BU IP protection frameworks and spearheading patent/trademark registrations.
  • Design brand capitalization paths, developing incubation, M&A, or spin-off models with pre-engineered interfaces for future independent fundraising.
  • Streamline cash flow strategy, implementing supply chain financing solutions and multi-currency hedging instruments to mitigate FX volatility risks.
  • Optimize processes by collaborating with Legal, HR, and financial business partners to apply ECRS methodology.

In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team in achieving the organization's strategic goals through expert leadership and effective collaboration.
