  • Respond to sales and order inquiries via phone, email, or fax
  • Process job cards and distribute them to the relevant production department
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order fulfillment management
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to order fulfillment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

**Requirements:**

Education: A Level, Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2 years of ordering/customer service/administrative experience

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • English language proficiency (IELTS 5.5 and above)
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (for communication with clients)

**Work Schedule:** 5-day workweek, off Wednesday and Saturday.
