Job Description:

  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to sales and order inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.

  • Handle job card processing and distribute them to the relevant production department.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order fulfillment management.

  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints related to order fulfillment.

  • Evaluate and implement quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform other tasks delegated by the supervisor as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

  • At least 2 years of experience in ordering/customer service/administrative roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)

  • IELTS English level 5.5 or above

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaison with clients
