Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the entire order fulfillment and logistics process, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate order processing, shipment, and transportation activities.

  • Liaise with overseas counterparts on order and logistics-related matters.

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on order and logistics matters.

  • Work closely with 3rd Party Logistics Providers (3PLPs) on inbound and outbound activities.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and customers' forwarders on shipment collections to ensure timely billing of orders.

  • Prepare shipping documents and ensure documentation filing compliance with local audit and legislative requirements.

  • Collaborate with forwarders to ensure export documentation is provided promptly upon shipment dispatch from Singapore.

  • Process quarterly stock rotation to return cargo to Sweden in a timely manner.

  • Verify freight invoices from 3PLPs.

  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in organizational plans to enhance internal and external requirements.

  • Prepare miscellaneous reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder.

  • 1-3 years experience in order processing, logistics, and international trade preferred.

  • Experience working in an international and dynamic environment with a customer-focused work culture.

  • Good general supply chain knowledge.

  • Experience using ERP system an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken.

  • Reliable and conscientious with ability to work independently.

  • Ability to multi-task with focus against priorities.

  • High levels of self-initiative and self-motivation.

  • Good organizational skills in terms of verbal and written communication.
