You will play a crucial part in shaping the employee experience within MINDEF/SAF by developing and implementing effective communication strategies. This includes managing employee feedback to drive service delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and disseminate engaging content for employee communications.
  • Design and execute targeted communication campaigns aligned with MINDEF/SAF's objectives.
  • Analyze and act on employee feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop management reports on employee feedback to inform business decisions.

What We Are Looking For
A degree in Communications or a related field is highly valued, as are at least two years of experience in stakeholder management and communications. Strong proficiency in content creation, particularly infographics and reels, is also essential. Additionally, we seek an individual who is meticulous, sharp, and independent, with excellent time management skills and a good command of English.
