About the Role

The Strategic Capital Raising Professional will be responsible for managing the complete capital-raising process, from preparation of marketing materials to negotiations and fund documentation.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing banks while identifying and cultivating new opportunities.

You will initiate investor outreach, schedule meetings and roadshows, and effectively communicate investment opportunities.

You will develop and manage communication protocols for boarded investors, including performance updates and financial information distribution.

You will participate in organizing investor due diligence, subscription processes, and closing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete capital-raising process, from preparation of marketing materials to negotiations and fund documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing banks while identifying and cultivating new opportunities
  • Initiate investor outreach, schedule meetings and roadshows, and effectively communicate investment opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience in institutional fundraising or capital raising, with at least 5 years in senior financial roles
  • Demonstrated success in capital-raising initiatives and building banking/investor networks
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local and international financial markets, products, and services
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CPA, CFA, CAIA, ACCA) are a plus
  • Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments
  • Knowledge of the mobility industry is an advantage but not required
  • Strong commercial acumen and intellectual curiosity
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects
